The advert for the new role of Channel Editor of BBC4 has been published - but it's not clear what grade the post will be. Senior Management 1 used to be free car plus free petrol; Senior Management 2 was just the free car. No-one's supposed to get free private health anymore.
It's clear that the Editor will report to Janice Hadlow, now minding both BBC2 and BBC4 - but the ad seeks a candidate of "high charisma", which looks a little like a cut-and-paste from Danny's first ad - looking for his own replacement as Controller of BBC1. Surely someone with just medium charisma will do this time ?
