Ah, transparency commitments. The BBC top team now boasts six non-executive directors to keep them in order. Many believe that's the way forward in the next Charter.  They are supported by a Company Secretary. a Head of Executive Business, and the DG has a Chief of Staff. Yet there's been no publication of Executive minutes since 2014.
